Questions
How are optional extras totalled?
Optional items are priced and listed but left out of the main total. In the example, labour 720.00 and paint 152.00 give 872.00, and adding the optional 180.00 ceiling gives 1,052.00. Discount and tax apply the same way as on an invoice.
Can I turn an accepted quote into an invoice?
Yes. Convert to invoice opens the invoice generator with the same items. If the quote has optional extras, you choose which ones the client accepted; the invoice gets the next invoice number saved in this browser.
