We want every tool to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom and on small screens.
What we do
- Every control has a visible label; icon-only buttons have accessible names.
- All tools work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Drag-and-drop always has a keyboard or button alternative.
- Results that update as you type are announced to screen readers.
- Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast, and colour is never the only way information is shown.
- Layouts work from 360 px wide and at 200 % zoom. Animations respect your reduced-motion setting.
- Charts come with a legend and a table or labels with the same values.
Known limitations
- Canvas-based editors (photo editor, function grapher, video timeline) are harder to use with a screen reader; their main actions are also available as form controls.
- Device tests (dead-pixel test, keyboard and mouse testers) are visual by nature.
- Files you create (PDFs, images) are only as accessible as their content; generated PDFs contain real, selectable text.
We have not had a formal third-party audit, so we do not claim full conformance with WCAG. Automated checks find only part of the problems; this is also why our HTML accessibility checker says so.
