Questions
Is the test recorded or uploaded?
No. The preview and level meter run in the page. A clip is only recorded when you press the record button, it stays in the page for playback and is discarded when you leave.
The browser says permission was denied. What now?
If you blocked access earlier, re-enable the camera and microphone in your browser's site settings and reload. The page explains common permission and device errors, such as a camera already in use by another app.
Does a working test mean my call app will work?
It shows that this browser can open the devices. Video call apps may use different devices, settings or their own processing, so check the device choice inside the app too.
