Create an email signature

Fill in the fields you want, choose a layout and an accent colour, and check the preview. The signature is built as a table with inline styles, the format most mail apps accept when pasted.

How to use

  1. Fill in your details and pick a layout.
  2. Copy the signature and paste it into your email client's signature settings.
  3. Or copy the HTML for clients that accept it.

Worked example

Name Ana Ruiz, title Head of Sales & Partnerships, phone +1 (555) 010-2000 and a 120 px logo from https://cdn.example.com/logo.png in the side-by-side layout: the & is escaped and the phone links to tel:+15550102000.

Supported formats and limits

InputYour details, Logo image URL
OutputRich text (copy), HTML
EngineInline-styled table HTML; copy as rich text via the Clipboard API

Limitations

  • Logos must be hosted at a public HTTPS URL; http, file, data and local addresses are left out of the HTML.
  • The preview is a browser rendering. It is not a test in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail; send yourself a test email after installing.

Questions

Why does an image work in preview but disappear after pasting?

The signature links to your image by its URL; it does not embed the file. If the address is not public https (for example a file on your computer or a page behind a login), or the host blocks hotlinking, the mail app or the recipient cannot load it. The tool only inserts https:// addresses with a public domain.

How do I install it in Gmail or Outlook?

Press Copy signature, then paste into Gmail (Settings, See all settings, General, Signature) or Outlook (Settings, Account, Signatures) and save. If your browser only allows plain text on the clipboard, copy the HTML or select the preview and copy it instead.

Will it look the same in every mail app?

It is designed for consistency (tables, inline styles, Arial, fixed image width), but the preview here is a browser rendering, not an inbox test. Send a test email to the apps your recipients use.
