Questions
How are the frames chosen?
They are evenly spaced, skipping the very start and end. A 4×4 sheet of a 20-minute video divides it into 17 intervals and takes a frame every 70.6 seconds. Each thumbnail is the frame on screen at its timestamp.
Can I get the frames as separate images?
Yes. Turn on Also export each frame to download the full-size thumbnails as a ZIP alongside the sheet.
