How to use
- Open a PDF and pick a tool: Note, Highlight, Text, Box, Line, Arrow or Signature.
- Click or drag on the page to place it; drag to move, use the handles to resize, Undo if needed.
- Press Save PDF.
Worked example
In the sample agreement, draw a signature, place it above the signature line on page 2, add “Approved on 3 October 2026” as text on page 1 and save: the text stays real, selectable text and the signature is embedded as a transparent image.

Limitations
- A drawn signature is an image placed on the page. It does not prove identity and is not a certificate-backed digital signature.
- Highlights are drawn as translucent rectangles; they do not detect text automatically.
- Sticky notes are real PDF comments; highlights, text, shapes and signatures become part of the page content and are no longer editable as separate items.
- Typed signatures use a handwriting-style font installed on your device.
Questions
Is this a legally binding digital signature?
Not by itself. The signature is an image placed on the page. It does not prove who signed and is not a certificate-backed digital signature. Whether a visual signature is accepted depends on the recipient and the rules that apply to the document.
Can the annotations be edited later?
Sticky notes are saved as real PDF comments. Highlights, text, shapes and signatures become part of the page content, so other apps cannot move or edit them as separate items. Added text stays selectable.
Do highlights snap to the text?
No. Highlights are translucent rectangles you draw over the area; text is not detected automatically.
