How to use
- Open a file or paste data. Delimiter, header row and encoding are detected.
- Click headers to sort, use the filter row, double-click to edit.
- Save as CSV or TSV.
Worked example
In a 4-row orders file, filter status with =refunded and sort by total: the first visible row is order 00104, and changing its total from 8.00 to 9.00 edits that order. Saving writes all 4 rows; with “Save only rows matching the filters” ticked it writes only 00102 and 00104.
Supported formats and limits
| Input | CSV, TSV, TXT (delimited) |
|---|---|
| Output | CSV, TSV |
| Limits | No fixed row cap. Tested with 200,000 rows of 3 columns; the whole file is held in memory, so the practical size depends on your device. |
| Engine | Papa Parse (worker) + virtualized grid |

- Edits live in this tab until you save; there is no autosave.
Questions
Does downloading save all rows or only filtered rows?
All rows by default. While a filter is active you can tick “Save only rows matching the filters”. While a column is sorted, “Save in the current sort order” is on; untick it to keep the original file order.
Will editing change IDs such as 00101?
No. Every cell is read and saved as text, so leading zeros and long codes are written back exactly as they were. Only the cells you edit change.
Which files and delimiters can it open?
CSV, TSV and delimited text using commas, semicolons, tabs or pipes. The delimiter, header row and encoding are detected, and quoted fields containing delimiters or line breaks are read as one value. Excel workbooks open too.
